Daily Dairy Update: 16th of February

    We don't have much to report about the dairy market yesterday. After some hectic days, yesterday the market calmed down. After the hectic market ride, it was as if everyone was looking at their market compass for direction, but the needle kept spinning. And when you are a bit lost, it is dark, and you don't know where you are going.. sometimes is better to sit still and do nothing. 

    We think the market is best described as cooling down. After a massive drop in January and a quick recovery in the first half of February, we think the second part of February will be spent settling down and making a proper analysis of the market. We also hear a lot of companies will wait for further execution of their strategies after the Gulfood.

    Speaking about the Gulfood, we will be visiting on Monday and Tuesday ourselves. We still have a few spots in our agenda, so please let us know if you would be happy to meet up!
