• It answers from Get Fair Dairy's data and reports — it does not browse the web and it does not guess. If a figure is not in the data, it says so.
• It has no predictive powers. The desk's market views live in dated reports; the assistant points you to them rather than forecasting.
• Its answers are not quotes or offers. Every figure carries the week or month it belongs to — for a live price, you call the desk.
